Roosevelt China Investments (RCI) is an investment firm founded with the support of the Roosevelt Trust, the investment arm of the Roosevelt Family of the United States of America. RCI is managed by a team of professionals with strong investment and operating experience. RCI seeks unique opportunities in China where it can leverage its extensive international network and deep knowledge of local Chinese and international business. RCI takes a long-term approach with respect to its investments and seeks to acquire or invest in companies to which it can add value and provide ongoing strategic direction.

RCI and its portfolio companies draw on the heritage of the Roosevelt family in China, and the unique access that it provides. Mr. Tweed Roosevelt, Chairman of RCI is a Great-grandson of  President  Theodore Roosevelt and a nephew of President Franklin Delano Roosevelt, and is the principal trustee of  The Roosevelt Trust. He has had extensive experience assisting businesses in building their operations as a business consultant and as an investor. He is also managing Director of  The Roosevelt Investment Group, established in 1971 and currently manages approximately US $1 billion. Mr. Roosevelt was formerly the executive director of the Institute for Quantitative Research in Finance at the graduate school of business of Columbia University, and is presently an officer of Harvard University. He holds a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he also has taught in both graduate and executive programs.

Mr. Tin Tse has been overseeing and managing investments on behalf of The Roosevelt Trust in Asia for over a decade. This work has included projects in real estate, high technology, and telecommunications. Mr. Tse serves as the principal person responsible for the growth and development of RCI and its investments. He brings substantial experience in negotiating business relationships between Chinese and American firms.

RCI has developed ongoing relationships with government officials, business leaders, inves tment bankers, legal advisors and other individuals and institutions in North America and greater Asia, providing the firm with unparalleled access and consistent deal flow. RCI works closely with its partners and relationships throughout the world to identify strategic transactions and exceptional investment opportunities.
